When you order: your name, delivery address, phone number and email address — we cannot deliver an order or tell you where it is without them.
When you create an account: the addresses you save and your order history, so checkout is faster next time.
When you browse: a small amount of information in your browser to remember your basket and keep you signed in, and basic information about how the website is used.
When you contact us: what you tell us, so we can help.
We do not store your card number, UPI PIN or bank details.
How we use it
We use your information to take and deliver your order, send order and delivery updates, answer your questions, process returns and refunds, prevent fraud, and meet our tax and accounting obligations.
We send marketing messages only if you have asked for them, and every one of them lets you unsubscribe.
Who we share it with
We share only what is needed with the companies that help us run the shop:
Our courier — your name, address and phone number, to deliver your parcel.
Our payment provider — to take your payment securely.
Our email, SMS and WhatsApp providers — to send you order updates.
Our hosting provider — which stores the website and its data.
We may also disclose information where the law requires it. We do not sell or rent your personal information to anyone.
How long we keep it
We keep order records for as long as tax and company law requires (usually eight years). You can ask us to delete your account and anything we are not legally required to keep.
How we protect it
Your information is sent over an encrypted connection (HTTPS) and stored on secured servers, and only people who need it to do their work can see it.
Your rights
You can ask us to show you what we hold about you, correct it, delete your account, or stop sending you marketing. You can also withdraw consent you have given us. Write to us using the details below and we will respond within a reasonable time.

This website stores a small amount of data in your browser so it can remember your basket, keep you signed in and understand how the website is used. You can clear it at any time in your browser settings, though the basket and sign-in will stop working if you block it entirely.

In line with the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020 and the Information Technology Rules, 2011, complaints can be sent to our Grievance Officer at the email address and phone number shown below.
We acknowledge every complaint within 48 hours and aim to resolve it within one month of receiving it.
