Placing an order is an offer to buy. We send an order confirmation by email or SMS when we accept it, and a contract exists from that point.

We may decline or cancel an order — for example if an item is out of stock, if we cannot deliver to your pin code, if a price was shown in error, or if we believe the order is fraudulent. If we cancel an order you have already paid for, we refund it in full.

All prices are in Indian Rupees and include GST unless shown otherwise. The total at checkout — products, GST and any delivery charge — is the total you are charged.

We try hard to keep prices and stock accurate. If we find a genuine pricing error after you order, we will contact you and give you the choice of paying the correct price or cancelling for a full refund.

We accept UPI, debit and credit cards, and net banking through our payment provider, and cash on delivery where our delivery partner offers it.

Payments are processed on the payment provider's secure systems. We never see or store your full card number, UPI PIN or bank password.

For cash-on-delivery orders, please keep the exact amount ready. We may confirm a COD order by phone before dispatch, and may withdraw COD for an address where earlier COD orders were refused.

Delivery times and charges are set out in our Shipping & Delivery Policy. Delivery is free on orders above ₹499. Delivery dates are estimates, not guarantees — we will keep you informed if your order is delayed.

Ownership and responsibility for the products pass to you when they are delivered.

You can cancel free of charge before your order is dispatched. After delivery, unopened, non-perishable items in their original packaging can be returned within 2 days. Our Cancellation & Refund Policy explains exactly how.

We describe our products, ingredients and sizes as accurately as we can. Colours and textures on screen can differ slightly from the product in your hand.

If we get something wrong, we will put it right — by replacing the product or refunding you. We are not responsible for losses that were not foreseeable, or for delays caused by events outside our control.

Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 or any other Indian law.

We may update these terms from time to time. The version that applies to your order is the one shown on this page when you placed it.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts at the place where we are registered.

If something goes wrong, please talk to us first — most problems are settled quickly and without formality.

In line with the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020 and the Information Technology Rules, 2011, complaints can be sent to our Grievance Officer at the email address and phone number shown below.

We acknowledge every complaint within 48 hours and aim to resolve it within one month of receiving it.
